Auriga Measurement Systems Hires President and CEO – Positions for Expansion

LOWELL, Massachusetts, November 26, 2007 Auriga Measurement Systems, LLC today announced the hiring of Bruce L. Cohen as president and CEO. Mr. Cohen joins Auriga with more than 35 years of industry experience and a proven track record of leading companies to rapid revenue growth and profitability. As one of the founders of Chipcom Corporation, an international network solutions company, he was instrumental in leading the Company’s growth from zero to an annual rate of more than $300M per year in 10 years. After Chipcom, as CEO, Bruce led Novasoft Systems and Top Layer Networks though similar rapid growth. For the past several years, as a consultant and interim CEO, Bruce has helped several companies develop effective go-to-market and product strategies. “We’re very excited to have Bruce with the Company,” said Michael Menzer, Chairman of the Board of Auriga. “His experience in building teams, accelerating companies’ organic growth, delivering high-quality products and winning in his market space will take Auriga to the next level. We expect that Bruce will identify and acquire companies that push Auriga forward in its market sector. It is going to be a lot of fun to watch this company grow over the next few years under Bruce’s direction.” Founder David Menzer moves from president to CTO where he will steer the Company’s technical direction to ensure Auriga maintains its position as a leader in measurement science for modeling, characterization and test product offerings. Bruce Cohen said, “David’s vast experience and deep knowledge in our technology and market area will be instrumental to keeping us in front of our competition and guiding the Company to build products our customers need.”
