Heuermann HF-Technik GmbH and Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik are introducing what is claimed to be the first full vector PIM tester. This PIM tester allows accurate PIM-measurements including the detection of the distance to an IM-obstacle. For the first time this instrument provides the facility to measure the complex transfer functions of different IM-sources. This information helps to identify IM-sources and to reduce the IM-defects.

The PIM-tester provides high accuracy via a VNA-calibration procedure know as ‘Without Thru.’ The software manages the calibration, the error correction, and also supports various PIM-tests as well as different frequency, power and time sweeps.

To find out more visit Heuermann and Rosenberger at booth #1411.
